Absolute waste of time. Horrible receptionist... Months before you get an appointment but when you go to attend one, either minimum 1 hour wait or they forget to book one for you. When you want to give a little feedback you are asked to move to another surgery...

The surgery and staff as a whole are good, however the appointment waiting time is absolutely atrocious. Over the last year, whenever I arrive for my appointment, there is at least a half an hour wait time. What is the point in booking your appointment for a certain time if there is always a half an hour late. Also when calling to arrange an appointment on the phone - good luck - again its a 15 minute wait at the least. Same for calling or blood test results. I was told 2 weeks ago to call in, in 1 week for my blood test results. A week later, the results have come in but the doctor hasn't read them yet. Its as if I need to drop dead on the floor before anyone takes notice. Absolute crap.

Have had the flu in the New Year and even though it is much better I have had a constant and persistent cough Tha doesn't go away. I called today to make an appointment to have it checked and was told I would to wait 3 weeks before I can be seen. This is totally appalling that we have to wait this long, we may as well go to a walk in clinic or as some people do is to go to an A&E. Not sure where is the Government pledge for a waiting time of no more than 7 days to be seen by a doctor. What a mess and poor service by Parkside Practice.

The service at Parkside group Practice is excellent. The receptionists are always polite and friendly. I have found them to be very helpful and I have always managed to book an appointment whether routine or urgent. I have always been give choice and I feel that my wishes have been respected. The doctors are always thorough and supportive.
